Acton United Methodist Church has operated a thriving and well known Preschool in Asheville, North Carolina for 29 years. Over the years, most of the teachers were parents of children enrolled at Acton Preschool providing us the parent and teacher experience. Planting Spiritual seeds, Encouraged play (screen-free), socialization, as well as fundamental learning in preparation for Kindergarten.

At Acton Preschool, our mission is to provide a quality Christian foundation, as well as, prepare them socially and academically for kindergarten. Through playtime, individual, and group activities this ministry extends the opportunity for each child to learn and grow in a nurturing and safe environment.
